This is the second time we have used Hertfordshire Air Conditioning for the installation of an a/c unit to a garden studio and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ken and the team at Hertfordshire Air Conditioning did a superb job installing air conditioning units in three bedrooms. They went to some lengths to find interior units that would fit above doors and picture rail in our 1950s property which was appreciated. The install team did an immaculate job, routing all pipes and cables up into the loft and neatly under all the boarding to emerge in thin trunking down the exterior wall. The work was completed in about 2.5 days and the two engineers were a pleasure to have in our home. This company was not the cheapest quote but I do feel like the quality of the work speaks for itself.

The experience was 5 stars from the beginning to the end. Surveying was a breeze with Ken explaining everything in detail and putting up with my "bright ideas". When it came to the installation the guys were professional and did their best to make sure I was happy. They helped me make decisions on where things should go and it turned out great.  Had six units installed, which I am delighted with. The engineers were amazing, very professional, obviously experienced, knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and tidily. I also had them service my two current units. Price-wise they were very good and changed to other units that I preferred, slimline. The service I received from Hertfordshire Air Conditioning was nothing short of exceptional and I do not use this word lightly. The planning of the installation of 7 units in 6 different areas was meticulous and professional, coming up with solutions no other company had even considered. They completed the work on time, within budget and such was the standard of the work (and I might say the cleaning up as they worked) that you wouldn't even know they had been there.
